Activate Your Software

Immediately after your puchase, your Registered User Name and a License Key were sent to your email address. To activate the software you purchased, you will need both the User Name and the Key.

First, you need to start the software. We'll use Photo Calendar for this example.
Just click Start -> All Programs -> Photo Calendar [or the name of your program].

You will see the following dialog window:
If you do not see this dialog window when you start the program, your program has already been activated. You will not need to enter your User Name or Key. You should, however, print a copy of your User Name/Key and keep it in a safe place in case you need it in the future. If you change computers or reinstall Windows, you will need your User Name/Key.

Click the "Enter Key" button.

Then you will see the following:

Type in your Registered User Name and your License Key exactly as issued to you. Your Registered User Name cannot be changed. Please note that your License Key is a hexadecimal number. This means that it only contains the numbers 0-9 and the letters A-F.

The most common mistakes are by using the letter L or the letter I instead of the number 1, or the letter O instead the number 0.

If everything was typed in correctly, you will see this Key Valid dialog confirming that your software has been activated properly.

When you see the "Key is valid" message, you have completed activation and can now use your software.
