I lost my Registration Key. How can I get a replacement?
We regret that we are not able to replace a lost Registration Key. Just like software on CD/DVD purchased from a retail store, it is ultimately up to the customer to keep his or her software stored in a safe place. If it is lost, the only way to get a replacement is to repurchase the software.

I can't find a program that you used to have on your web site.
Some programs have been discontinued. Please see this page for details.

How do I enter my Registration Information/Key?

Why does my program print in black & white even when I've chosen color in the print dialog box?
This is an issue with Windows NT based systems, such as Windows XP and Windows 2000. What you should do is go into the printer control panel (Start > Settings > Printers and Faxes), right-click your printer icon, select Properties, and change the default printer settings to color.

I need help with the EZ Photo program or the Easy Photo Smart Page Scanner?
Direct Logic Systems publishes the Easy Photo Maker software. We are aware of at least two other products with similar names. One is the EZ Photo software and the other is the Easy Photo Smart Page Scanner. These two products are not made by Direct Logic Systems. We are unable to provide assistance with products made by other companies. If you need assistance with those products, please contact the company that made those products.

I have more than one printer hooked up to my computer. When I select a different printer through the printer dialog screen, the program still prints on the default printer.
This issue affected several of Direct Logic Systems' programs. It has been fixed in the current versions of these programs. If you are experiencing this problem, please download the current version the program from the product links at the left side column of this page. Alternately, you can set the printer that you want to use as the default printer in Windows.

I am looking for an older version of one of your programs. Where can I find it?
Direct Logic Systems does not warrant that obsolete versions of programs will be available for download in the future. Therefore, to protect your investment it is important that you create a back-up copy of the installation package that you have purchased. You will need this back-up copy in order to re-install the software in the event that your computer is damaged, wears out, or is replaced with a new one. If you would like a CD-ROM with all of the current trial versions of our products, please order the DLS Product CD. You have the option to purchase the DLS Product CD at the time you purchase your registration key.

Does Coverpro support Front Booklet Covers that fold to have an inside page and an outside page?
Select a User Define Slot on the left side, (Cover A) and change the H value to 24.2 and V value to 12.1. Next, check the Rotate 90 box. Load your Front Booklet Cover as usual and click Print (A). You can only print one of Front Booklet Covers at a time because it is very large and there is no room on the page for anything else. This is why you must use the left side (or Cover A) to do this. Note: This assumes that the booklet cover is horizontal. If the cover is vertical, change the H value to 12.1 and V value to 24.2 and Do Not check the Rotate 90 box.

How do I print a DVD cover with CoverPro?
The latest version of CoverPro supports DVD covers.

Where are your PalmOS software?
Our PalmOS software were discontinued at the end of 2004. We only specialize with Windows software now.

Do you have Mac versions of your software?
Our software only runs on PCs using Windows 98 or newer. We do not have any Mac versions of our software.
