I just paid for an unlock key. When will I receive the key?
Your unlock key is usually sent to your email address within a few minutes after your payment. If you did not receive it, please check your bulk/junk mail folder in case your email provider misdirected the email from us.
I lost my License Key. How can I get a replacement?
We regret that we are not able to replace a lost License Key. Just like software on CD/DVD purchased from a retail store, it is ultimately up to the customer to keep his or her software stored in a safe place. If it is lost, you will need to repurchase the software.
I can't find a program that you used to have on your web site.
Some programs have been discontinued. These discontinued programs are no longer available from Direct Logic Systems.

Why does my program print in black & white even when I've chosen color in the print dialog box?
This is an issue with Windows NT based systems, such as Windows XP , Windows 2000, and Windows Vista.
What you should do is go into the printer control panel (Start > Settings > Printers and Faxes),
right-click your printer icon, select Properties, and change the default printer settings to color.
I am looking for an older version of one of your programs. Where can I find it?
Obsolete versions and discontinued programs are not available for download.
Therefore, to protect your investment it is important that you
create a back-up copy of the installation package that you have purchased. You will need
this back-up copy in order to re-install the software in the event that your computer is
damaged, wears out, or is replaced with a new one.
Do you have Mac versions of your software?
Our software only runs on PCs using Windows XP or newer.
We do not have any Mac versions of our software.
