My product key does not work. What should I do?
1. Please make sure you are using the latest version of the software you purchased. To get the latest version, see our downloads page.
2. If your product key contains both numbers and letters (e.g. FCC1-A029...), please contact us for a new product key. Be sure to include your current product key, full name, mailing address, email address so that we can provide faster service to you.

I just paid for a product key. When will I receive it?
Your product key is usually sent to your email address within a few minutes after your payment. If you did not receive it, please check your bulk/junk mail folder in case your email provider misdirected the email from us.

I lost my product key. How can I get a replacement?
We regret that we are not able to replace a lost product key. Just like software purchased from a retail store, it is ultimately up to the customer to keep his or her software stored in a safe place. If it is lost, you will need to repurchase the software.

I am looking for an older version of one of your programs. Where can I find it?
Obsolete versions and discontinued programs are not available from Direct Logic Systems. Therefore, to protect your investment it is important that you create a back-up copy of the installation package that you have purchased. You will need this back-up copy in order to re-install the software in the event that your computer is damaged, wears out, or is replaced with a new one.

Is it safe to buy products on-line with my credit card?
We use Paypal to processor all orders. Your financial information is secured at Paypal so you can feel safe using your credit card without risk.
